New Delhi: Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited (BSNL) has officially released a new recruitment notification inviting applications for 120 Senior Executive Trainee (SET) positions in Telecom and Finance disciplines. This recruitment drive is part of BSNL’s plan to strengthen its executive workforce and support the expansion of its telecom services across India.
The online application process will begin on 5 February 2026 and eligible candidates can apply till 7 March 2026 through the official BSNL recruitment portal.

Out of the total 120 posts announced:
Telecom Stream: 95 posts
Finance Stream: 25 posts
Selected candidates will be appointed at the E3 IDA pay scale, carrying a monthly salary ranging from ₹24,900 to ₹50,500, along with applicable allowances and benefits as per BSNL rules.
Eligibility Criteria
Age Limit:
Applicants must be between 21 and 30 years of age as on the cutoff date mentioned in the notification. Age relaxation will be applicable for reserved categories as per government norms.

Telecom Stream:
Candidates should hold a B.E. or B.Tech degree with at least 60% marks in disciplines such as Electronics, Telecommunications, Computer Science, Information Technology, Electrical, Instrumentation, or related engineering fields.
Finance Stream:
Applicants must be Chartered Accountants (CA) or Cost and Management Accountants (CMA).
